For well over a century, the Jam Shed played a crucial role in the development of the region through both jam and wine production. This Shiraz is rich and opulent, with sweet red berry flavours and balanced with a subtle hint of vanilla and spice. It's a seriously delicious red wine, jam packed with flavour.

Deep purple. Boysenberry and mulberry aromas with a hint of cedar and pepper. Similar berry fruits show through on the opulent, textured palate with a lingering finish.

Lifted spice and ripe mulberry/blackberry aromas are complemented with chocolate, cedar and cinnamon on the nose. Well-integrated oak tannin provides flavours of clove and supple texture, which supports the rich plum, blackberry and mocha. The overall structure is supple and generous with fine-grained tannin and a lingering finish.

Intense aromas of ripe cherries and boysenberries sit alongside notes of dark chocolate and layered over just a hint of spicy, earthiness. It is an intense mouthful full of juicy boysenberry, cherry and dark chocolate flavours and with a weighty texture on the palate. It has loads of supple, fine tannins and the finish is long, spicy and delicious, suggesting a wine that will develop nicely over the coming years.

Kilikanoon has selected premium parcels of Shiraz fruit from South Australian regions to craft an unassuming wine of upfront character and appeal. Pepper, spicy plums and liquorice infuse the nose, complemented by a subtle smoky French oak note. It is nicely textured and inviting with flavours that carry over superbly from the nose to the palate in a harmonious and persistent blend of succulent ripe cherries, cocoa and classically presented tannins.

Kim Crawford Small Parcels are micro-cuvées representing the very best of what New Zealand's pristine, cool-climate vineyards can produce. Hand picked and locally fermented. A long, cool ferment and extended post ferment maceration soak lead to beautiful colour extraction and rich, deep fruit and spice flavours. The grapes were pressed before undergoing malolactic fermentation and barrel ageing in 25% new French oak to add further complexity and texture.

A medium bodied Merlot with rich fruit and supple tannins, with a nice touch of mocha and underlying spicy, toasty oak.

In 1842 a 32-year-old Blacksmith, Christian Auricht, arrived from Prussia with his wife and four children. He settled in the new village of Langmeil and established a forge in what was to become a thriving trading post. His original smithy remains to this day and is a feature of the winery's heritage setting.

This wine is a tribute to patience and persistence while celebrating Shiraz's pedigree as a classic grape variety. Shiraz's Lineage dates to Roman times, but the Barossa's journey with Shiraz began in the 1840s. Professor Johannes Menge advised the Prussian migrants with incisive foresight that viticulture had great potential to thrive in 'New Silesia'.

The Barossa is famous for its viticulture, history and winemaking dating back to the 1840s. At its heart is the Valley Floor, a highly prized strip of viticultural land which is the very foundation and forms the essence of this wine. A true taste of the Barossa.

Vibrant and youthful ruby red. An abundance of pretty, floral notes, very enticing with rose and violet aromas. A deep and complex core of ripe cherry, classy oak and savoury earth at the heart of it all. This wine is certainly not hiding its light under a bushel! The palate is very precise and poised. An abundance of ripe, plush flavours and tannins all delivered with an elegance that really belies the serious power of this wine. Match with roast game fowl served with polenta and spiced beetroot & walnut salad.

Nice, vibrant ruby red colour. Sweetly scented and classically "Martinborough" with a nice balance of red cherry, pretty florals and savoury, earthy notes. A delicious array of ripe and succulent red berry/cherry flavours and layers. Lovely spice and quite a lot of fruit and oak sweetness on the finish, complimented nicely by silky tannins and delicate acidity. Nice, fresh and youthful Pinot Noir expression. Great drinking now and will cellar nicely for 5 plus years. Food match with braised rabbit pappardelle.
