Bach Brewing have been on the hops again... brewing up their latest batch for the annual NZIPA challenge at Smith's Craft House in Queenstown. As Kiwi as a bungy jump in Budgie smugglers, their all-star all-NZ IPA is jammed with new season Nelson grown Riwaka, Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin and Motueka hops, all nestled on juicy Gladfield malts, harvested from the Canterbury plains. 6.5% ABV.

Bach Brewing have been on the hops again... reminiscing a glorious safari trip pre-Bach Brewing days. Their latest brew is loaded with a Rhino's weight of Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic and Citra hops, and juicy malts originating from the fertile plains around Feilding. 8.2% ABV.

Mosaic and Citra Hopped. Lower in alcohol than our usual Hazy IPAs and stupidly easy to drink. Like pouring smiles on your brain.

Hops are pretty chur, right? That's why this IPA is loaded with a generous blend of the chur-est NZ hops, perfectly balanced with just the right amount of top-notch malts. The result? A massive burst of hop flavour and aroma that'll have one reaching for another sip-or swig. Whether they're enjoying this hop-filled fruit salad on its own, at a BBQ, or with some fish and chips at the beach, it's the perfect companion. Chur!

Brewed for annual West Coast IPA Challenge The Malthouse 2020. Using English Golden Promise Malt and loaded it with Simcoe, Mosaic and the new (and finally) named hop Nectaron (formally Hort 4337). Giving you pineapple, stonefruit and piney flavours. All work and no hops makes Churly a dull boy. Well a lot of work and a lot of hops have gone into the beer, enjoy!

Behemoth Brewing decided to throw a lot of oats, wheat and malted barley at this beer to give it as much mouth feel as they could for a 2.5% beer. This time round Behemoth Brewing have used loads of Passionfruit & Blood Oranges to really make this beer pop in the flavour department and gently soured it to make it uber refreshing and delicious. This beer is inspired by Nashville, Tennessee. Nashville is a crazy, vibrant place; full of live music, in every bar, at all times of day and night. It's a place famous for hot chicken, cowboy boot stores, and a never ending flow of hen nights. This place is pretty much the Vegas of the south. With its blend of beer, food, and culture Behemoth could only think of one hop that would sum the place up; Mosaic.
