Bach Brewing have been on the hops again... brewing up their latest batch for the annual NZIPA challenge at Smith's Craft House in Queenstown. As Kiwi as a bungy jump in Budgie smugglers, their all-star all-NZ IPA is jammed with new season Nelson grown Riwaka, Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin and Motueka hops, all nestled on juicy Gladfield malts, harvested from the Canterbury plains. 6.5% ABV.

Over at Bach Brewing they've been reminiscing sun drenched days on the family farm, in Hawke's Bay, picking tree ripened apples from the orchard. So, why not turn the sunshine and apples into classic cider pleasure. Bach Brewing sourced multi-varietal apple juice from the sunny Hawke's Bay, for their cider maker to weave into a full flavoured Scrumpy style cider, medium-dry, crisp and with golden colour.

Their big people Milkshake Hazy IPA infuses lactose, and real crushed fruit of mango, pineapple and passionfruit on a juicy malt base, and crammed with a heap of Nectaron, Superdellic, Simcoe, and Azacca hops. Expect a smooth, silky, creamy texture, bursting with tropical fruits. It's likely to dance on your tongue...

Bach Brewing have been on the hops again... reminiscing a glorious safari trip pre-Bach Brewing days. Their latest brew is loaded with a Rhino's weight of Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic and Citra hops, and juicy malts originating from the fertile plains around Feilding. 8.2% ABV.

Mosaic and Citra Hopped. Lower in alcohol than our usual Hazy IPAs and stupidly easy to drink. Like pouring smiles on your brain.

Hops are pretty chur, right? That's why this IPA is loaded with a generous blend of the chur-est NZ hops, perfectly balanced with just the right amount of top-notch malts. The result? A massive burst of hop flavour and aroma that'll have one reaching for another sip-or swig. Brewed for annual West Coast IPA Challenge The Malthouse 2020. Using English Golden Promise Malt and loaded it with Simcoe, Mosaic and the new (and finally) named hop Nectaron (formally Hort 4337). Giving you pineapple, stonefruit and piney flavours. All work and no hops makes Churly a dull boy. Well a lot of work and a lot of hops have gone into the beer, enjoy!

Behemoth Brewing decided to throw a lot of oats, wheat and malted barley at this beer to give it as much mouth feel as they could for a 2.5% beer. This time round Behemoth Brewing have used loads of Passionfruit & Blood Oranges to really make this beer pop in the flavour department and gently soured it to make it uber refreshing and delicious. So grab the low hanging fruit. They know they want to.

This beer is inspired by Nashville, Tennessee. Nashville is a crazy, vibrant place; full of live music, in every bar, at all times of day and night. It's a place famous for hot chicken, cowboy boot stores, and a never ending flow of hen nights. This place is pretty much the Vegas of the south. With its blend of beer, food, and culture Behemoth could only think of one hop that would sum the place up; Mosaic.
