Bach Brewing have been on the hops again... brewing up their latest batch for the annual NZIPA challenge at Smith's Craft House in Queenstown. As Kiwi as a bungy jump in Budgie smugglers, their all-star all-NZ IPA is jammed with new season Nelson grown Riwaka, Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin and Motueka hops, all nestled on juicy Gladfield malts, harvested from the Canterbury plains. 6.5% ABV.

Their big people Milkshake Hazy IPA infuses lactose, and real crushed fruit of mango, pineapple and passionfruit on a juicy malt base, and crammed with a heap of Nectaron, Superdellic, Simcoe, and Azacca hops. Bach Brewing have been on the hops again... reminiscing a glorious safari trip pre-Bach Brewing days. Their latest brew is loaded with a Rhino's weight of Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic and Citra hops, and juicy malts originating from the fertile plains around Feilding. 8.2% ABV.

Beck's is to this day brewed according to Reinheitsgebot - the German Purity Law - and states that only 4 natural ingredients can be used in its brewing, barley, hops, yeast and water. Brewed for annual West Coast IPA Challenge The Malthouse 2020. Using English Golden Promise Malt and loaded it with Simcoe, Mosaic and the new (and finally) named hop Nectaron (formally Hort 4337). Giving you pineapple, stonefruit and piney flavours. All work and no hops makes Churly a dull boy. Well a lot of work and a lot of hops have gone into the beer, enjoy!
