A traditional lactose sour, with Raspberries added into the ferment then flaked Coconut added after the ferment. But, this cloudy IPA does have a gnarly hit of Riwaka, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops, with a tropical citrus flavour, and a totally piney finish. At least it's a trip for your taste-buds. Far out.

Just because you don't want a beer, it doesn't mean you don't want a beer. So, Emerson's brewed you a beer. Inspired by the big bold flavours of Bird Dog IPA, but without the bite. Little Bird is an alcohol free IPA, with a deliciously-puritanical, true expression of the hop flavour. It's so tasty, you won't even realise you're not drinking. Until the morning, of course. Dry hopped using New Zealand and USA hops for a super-fresh, super vibrant aroma, with a super-crisp, super-quenching finish.

Of the 100 billion planets in the universe, only one is known to have beer. So if you are leaving Earth, you'll need to BYO. Lost in Space features an all-American line-up of Azacca, El Dorado and Mosaic hops, making for a rich flavour, with spicy mango, stone fruit and a crisp citrus finish. Don't just drink craft beer, drink spacecraft beer.

Emerson's hereby inform you that you are now on the official Naughty List. The mere act of looking at this can is more than enough - whether you drink it or not. Yes, all that good behaviour (ahem) is out the window. So, you may as well indulge in the big bold, intensely tropical flavours of this Double IPA, while inhaling the gooseberry and grape aromas. Dunedin born & brewed.

Officially, this is a Mexican-style lager. But you could think of it as a Dunedin Cerveza. A very refreshing beer from a city that could hardly be further south of the border. It's crisp, with a malty backbone, subtle hop flavours, and just a hint of citrus but feel free to add a fresh slice of your own. Now you know what they've always known down there: nothing beats an ice-cold Sunny Day.

If you've been mowing your super-long lawn, running super-fast, or out in the super-hot sun, you'll need to super-quench your super-thirst. This Pacific Pilsner has been dry-hopped with NZ and US hops to make it super-tasty, while it's light body and crisp finish make it super-refreshing. At just 4% ABV, and 40% lower in carbs, you can feel slightly-smug, too.

It turns out, Hunterville is a pretty funky place. Home to the first-ever commercial brewer's yeast isolated from the New Zealand wilderness, that goes by the name of Wilding. A funky, fruity farmhouse ale, with a hint of spice, light malt, and a subtle hoppy finish. Froth Technologies approached us asking if we wanted to be involved in this project and we jumped at the opportunity to be the first brewery to use this new, native, commercial beer yeast isolate. This yeast was captured with an air trap on the banks of the Rangitikei River.

This APA is driven by the subtropical fruits (including passion fruit & mango) from the Mosaic hops. The massive hop flavour is matched with a subtle level of bitterness.
