Folding Hill is a boutique, family-owned winery dedicated to producing premium wines exclusively from its 11-acre certified organic vineyard in Bendigo, Central Otago. Orchard Block Pinot Noir 2022 has an intense ruby colour with a pronounced, deep aroma. A nose of dark cherry, black plums, wild thyme and gentle oak spice. A bold, concentrated and balanced palate, with dark fruits, mushroom, dried spices and gentle wood flavours. Scrumptious textures with a gripping but lush mouthfeel, balanced acidity, gum coating tannin and a long refined finish. Incredible drinking now but well worth cellaring for 10+ years. Perfect winter wine for beside the fire, venison stew, slow cooked beef cheeks.

Crimson rose with purple nuances. The nose is seductive with notes of raspberry, cherries and a whiff of herbs and spices. Hints of farm yard and richness over gentle, peppery fruits. Hints of toffee and licorice. Medium body and very smooth. Light tannins. The palate is fresh, elegant and round with a spicy, medium to long finish.

Corryton Park is a wine of amazing depth and complexity. The wine showcases classic Cabernet Sauvignon with fragrant aromas of blackcurrant, tobacco, mint, blackberry and cedar. The full bodied palate is succulent and complex with layers of cassis, plums and winter fruit all beautifully supported with elegant supple tannins.

Filsell Shiraz is a powerful, dense and structured wine with stylish fruit and texture that drives long and will be a long living wine in years to come. Star anise, juniper and hazel nut liquor flow across dark cherry and continues with chocolate espresso like flavours that combine with dense, tight tannins that show direction and velvet to silky texture that continues driving into a very long and fulfilling finish.
