The perfect match doesn't exist....oh wait. In this Winter Banger, the mild malt and light hops in the Stella Artois accentuate the flavour of the sausages without overpowering them. Beer + sausages = the perfect match!

You will need:

  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 4 kumara, cut into chips
  • 4 Silician sausages
  • ½ cup tomato chutney

To make:

  1. Preheat an oven to 180C. Place the kumara onto a baking tray, rub with oil then cook the chips for 30 minutes until golden.
  2. Barbeque the sausages until cooked through.
  3. Serve with your favourite tomato chutney.
