Rockburn Chardonnay leans towards the crisper and lighter end of the spectrum, demanding minimal use of oak. The nose is pure and subtle with elements of wet stone, lemon zest and ripe peach. The palate is full, textural with fine tension, showing lemon meringue, butterscotch and delicate minerality and a zesty finish. A perfect complement to roast chicken, risotto, and seafood.

Vibrant green in colour, the nose is fresh with lime juice cordial, white peach and hints of subtle creamy French oak. The palate is crisp and fresh, lime and honey dew melon linger, intertwined with well integrated oak and defined acidity that gives structure and length.

Brassy golden. Tropical notes of white grapefruit and white chocolate. Flavours of fresh apples and pears intermingle with notes of toasted vanilla and oak with a full bodied, creamy finish. Instead of smashing the skins & seeds, Slow Press, press the grapes gently to extract the best juice. Letting the juice ferment slowly at colder temperatures amplifies the grape's natural fruit flavours. Aged in American oak barrels for 9 months to develop a full-bodied, creamy mouthfeel.

A fresh and elegant Chardonnay with some depth of stone fruits, nutty lees and oak flavours on a fresh, fine textured palate.

Bold, rich & creamy - this Big Mouth classic Californian buttery Chardonnay is everything it claims to be. It is golden straw in colour and opens with decadent aromas of ripe pineapples. A must for all big and buttery Chardonnay drinkers.

The wine has delightful aromas of white peach, nectarines and subtle citrus zest join hints of cashew and cream. Fresh flavours of stone fruit combine with cashews and an underlying toastiness from the barrel fermentation to deliver a mouth-filling, enjoyable wine. It has a clean, elegant palate, a zesty acid backbone and long, persistent finish. A small portion of this wine was barrel fermented and then lees stirred for 4 months. After 6 - 8 months maturation in French oak, the wine was blended and bottled.

Pale lemon in colour with a brilliant, diamond-like clarity, Elston Chardonnay shows captivating notes of roasted hazelnuts, cashews and citrus fruits on the nose, alongside crème brûlée and nougat. Tropical fruit, intense white peach and ripe lemon all radiate across the palate.
